Travels of Fall 2006

This is the begining of my first "blog". We are sitting in northwest TN at a nice campground just off I-24. We have been fishing at Rend Lake, Illinois, with Dave and Rosemary Breeze and half the town of Bluford and they are also their relatives. Arnold got in about 8 days of fishing and catching, which is more important. I went out two days and caught fish too.
The following picture is of Catfish that were caught in a 2 1/2 hour fishing trip that all four of us went on late in the afternoon. It was fun catching that many fish and I'm glad that the guys are the ones that do all the cleaning.
The guys went out every day at 7am and I choose to sleep in. Go figure. Here are the crappie that Dave and Arnold caught his last day of fishing in about 5 hours. I think it took them longer to clean them than catch them.
Dave is on the left and Arnold is on the right. Now we are on our way back to Atlanta to have some fish cook outs.
